1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Contact Data: Mobile phone number and first name when you request a verification code or take a Place. Your phone number is used exclusively for OTP authentication and essential practice notifications.
  • Preference & Schedule Data: Areas in Gurugram you frequent, your availability windows, activity preferences, and self-reported skill levels to match you with compatible small crews.
  • Private Readiness Flag: Information you submit before a practice (such as past injuries or reformer experience) is transmitted directly and privately to your assigned coach only and is never published to your Crew or third parties.
  • Payment Information: Transactions are processed via authorized payment aggregators (UPI / Cashfree / Razorpay). Giraffe never stores your bank account password, PIN, or CVV.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

  • Compose balanced squads (2 to 6 people) for group practices;
  • Deliver entry pass codes (6-digit check-in tokens) and session schedules;
  • Notify you of reschedule proposals, make-up credits, and coach confirmations;
  • Process refunds and payment reconciliations;
  • Ensure compliance with our Community Guardrails and Terms of Use.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

  • With Your Crew: Only your first name and attendance status are displayed in your Room. Your mobile number, payment details, and full identity are strictly protected.
  • With Coaches & Venues: Your coach receives your name and any private physical readiness notes you choose to share.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable Indian laws or law enforcement directives.

4. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We implement industry-standard encryption, tokenized authentication, and secure servers hosted in India to protect your data against unauthorized access. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide active memberships and fulfill legal obligations.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to review, update, or request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via the Account Deletion page or by writing to contact@perpetuum.co.
