The basics

What is Giraffe? Giraffe is a group going-out product for Gurugram. You buy a Place in a Room — a small crew doing a Trail (a multi-session program) at a real venue with a named coach. The activity might be padel, pilates, pottery, mixology, or riding — but the point is showing up together and becoming someone.

What's a Trail, a Room, and a Place? A Trail is the program — a set of sessions built around one skill. A Room is your crew running that Trail together. A Place is your seat in that Room. Every Room runs at any size, including one, so you're never waiting on anyone to get started.

Where do sessions happen? At real venues across Gurugram — studios, courts, and workshops. Each Trail lists its venue, coach, schedule, and what to bring.

Joining & payments

How do I join? Find a Trail, pick a Room, and check out. Payment is handled securely through Cashfree. Once your payment is confirmed, your Place is booked and you'll get your Room details.

How much does it cost? Pricing is set per Trail (typically ₹1,400–₹8,000) and shown in full — GST-inclusive — before you pay. There are no hidden charges and no separate "trial fee." Some Trails offer a short first-timer plan; if so, it's shown on the Trail page.

Is my payment secure? Yes. Payments run through Cashfree, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Giraffe never stores your full card details.

When am I actually charged? Your Place is confirmed only once payment is captured. If a payment doesn't go through, no Place is held and nothing is charged.

Changes, refunds & attendance

Can I get a refund? Refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you book.

What if I miss a session? Small crews rely on everyone showing up. Notify your crew early through your Room if you can't make a session, and ask your coach about a make-up where the Trail allows it.

Can I change my Room or session time? Where a Trail supports it, you can move between sessions from within your Room. Reach out to your coach or contact@perpetuum.co if you're stuck.

Account & safety

How do I sign in? Sign in with your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). No passwords to remember.

How is my data handled? See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and why. We don't sell your personal data.

What's expected of me in a Room? Show up, respect the space, the coach, and your crew. Our Community Guardrails cover the details — harassment or unsafe conduct means removal from the Room.
